Ode to Kalakaar

behind every piece of clothing from Sureena Chowdhri is a pair of hands that spent years learning how to make it. Ode to Kalakaar was a documentation of those hands, the artisans and karigars whose craft is the foundation of the brand, often unseen and rarely celebrated. the photographs were made to give them the recognition they deserved, displayed at the brand's store in Ludhiana as a quiet tribute to the people behind the work. it was less about fashion and more about labour, lineage, and what it means to make something with care.
